While you are in Park City, Utah for the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, there are tons of exciting and must-attend nightlife events to enjoy after the movie screenings.  The WANNA has the hottest spots for you to hit up and maybe rub elbows with Hollywood’s finest at Sundance.

If you want to dance and take tequila shots alongside Sundance celebrities, VIPs and the best DJ sets, you may consider hitting up the annual Tao Park City pop-up nightclub presented by Tequila Don Julio.  The Tao Group is a leading restaurant and nightlife company, and its pop-up nightclub is famous for hosting one of the best Sundance party events each year.  Tao is the “exclusive haven for celebs and entertainment industry goers alike to let loose and have a great time,” said Tao Group Partner and Co-Founder Jason Strauss.  In the past, celebs such as Alexander Skarsgard, Margot Robbie and James Marsden have been spotted at the club.  The Tao pop-up will be open from January 20th to January 22nd, and will be held at The Lift.

The spookiest day of the year is here folks!  It’s officially Halloween!  So what better way to celebrate the scary day than with a Halloween-themed parade!  This year marks the 43rd annual New York City Village Halloween ParadeElvis Duran of the nationally syndicated z100 Elvis Duran and the Morning Show will be “Grand Marshal” of the parade.  In the past, Village Halloween Parade Grand Marshals have included Kelly Ripa, Whoopi Goldeberg, and the Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man in the World,” Jonathan Goldsmith.

Each year, the hugely popular New York City Halloween parade marches down 6th Avenue North of Spring Street to 16th Street.  The 2016 parade will include 53 bands playing various styles of music, puppets, dancers, artists and thousands of regular New Yorkers sporting their best Halloween costumes.  In order to march in the parade, you must show up in full costume.  Otherwise, you can enjoy the festivities from the sidelines.  Either way, it’s sure to get you into the Halloween mood!

This year the Halloween parade theme is “Reverie.”  As explained on the parade’s website, Reverie refers to, “that liminal space in which one creates.”  If that sounds confusing, you’re not alone!  Check out the parade website for more details on the theme and parade festivities.

The 2016 Halloween parade will start at 7pm and end around 11pm.  If you can’t attend the parade in person, you can catch it on NY 1 at 8 – 9:30 pm.

This year Halloween falls on a Monday, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to get your spook-tastic party on!  If you’re looking for more adult-themed Halloween fun, there are a few parties you can attend in the city.  Check out the list below and make sure to RSVP!
